Hi! I’m Madeline Olexy—a Connecticut and New York–based actress, singer, dancer, with a lifelong passion for performing. I began taking dance classes at the age of four and ever since then, my love for the stage has grown and grown. Between studying different instruments at a young age, taking a variety of dance classes, and singing my heart out in voice lessons, my love for the arts has become prominent in everything I do.

 

I am a recent graduate of Muhlenberg College, where I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre and Dance Performance. In addition to my acting and dance training, I continue to take voice and music lessons. Most recently I was working at The Classic Theatre of Maryland where I performed the roles of Judy/Ensemble in White Christmas and Belle/Ensemble in A Christmas Carol. Other credits include Angel in Anything Goes directed by Cady Huffman at Black Rock Theater, and Keeri in Firebringer at Muhlenberg College. 

 

When I'm not in the rehearsal studio, you can find me blasting '70s and '80s rock at the gym, treasure-hunting at local Goodwills, or watching the Harry Potter films for the millionth time. Beyond my work in the arts, I am a proud feminist and a dedicated advocate for gender equality and representation in the performing arts. I believe in using my voice to challenge outdated norms, uplift underrepresented voices, and push for systemic change both on and off the stage. I am committed to helping build a more equitable and empowering industry for everyone.
